What To Expect When You Partner With Us For Exit or Stay Interviews

Test
We’ll provide a sample report and test the email and contact process. Your feedback ensures the process aligns with your organisational structure for accurate results by division and department.

Start
After receiving the employee details, we’ll upload them into the platform and begin scheduling interviews. SMS reminders are sent on the day of the interview, and reports are delivered promptly. Platform fees are invoiced quarterly in advance and interview fees invoiced monthly in arrears.
End-to-end Process Is Approximately 1-3 Weeks

Build
We’ll send a set-up invoice and a guide to help you customise your interview questions. Once finalised, we’ll build your interview in the platform and run initial tests. We’ll also outline what employee details are required.

Contacting the employee
